Starla Jewels

FAQ

Asked, answered.

How do I earn points?+

Every ₹100 of net product value on stone-set jewellery earns 10 points — in store or online. Net value excludes making charges, wastage and GST.

What are points worth?+

10 points = ₹1 off your next purchase, up to 5% of the bill's eligible value or ₹5,000, whichever is lower.

Does pure gold earn points?+

No. Coins, bars and plain gold jewellery are excluded from both earning and redemption. Stone-set pieces only.

When do points expire?+

Base points expire after 12 months without any activity. Bonus points carry a shorter, stated expiry of 30–60 days.

I returned a purchase — do I get my redeemed points back?+

No. Redeemed points are permanently expired at redemption and are never reinstated, even on return or exchange. This is stated at the point of redemption.

Can I convert points to cash?+

No. Points have no cash value and cannot be encashed or transferred.

What is a Sparkler number?+

Your unique Starla Rewards ID (SPK-XXXX-XXXX). Quote it — or show your wallet QR — at any counter. It stays constant even if you change your phone number.

How do I redeem at a store?+

Tell the counter your phone or Sparkler number, then approve with the OTP sent to your phone — or simply show the QR code from the Redeem page.

Do birthdays earn extra?+

Yes — register your birthday and anniversary and eligible purchases within ±7 days of them attract bonus offers.
