You earn 10 points for every ₹100 of net product value — the value of the piece excluding making charges, wastage and GST. Points are calculated as the floor of net value × 0.1.

Only stone-set jewellery earns points: lab-grown and natural diamonds, and coloured stones. Pure gold — coins, bars and plain gold jewellery — is excluded from both earning and redemption.

10 points = ₹1. Redemption per transaction is capped at the lowest of: your available points value, 5% of the eligible net value of the purchase, and ₹5,000.

Redemption applies to stone-set jewellery only, and requires verification — a one-time password to your registered phone, or the QR code from your rewards wallet.

Redemption is applied as a discount line on the invoice; GST is calculated on the discounted amount as per applicable law.

Base points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Any earning or redemption activity refreshes them.

Bonus points (signup, birthday, anniversary, campaign) carry their own expiry of 30–60 days, stated when granted.

Redeemed points are permanently expired at the moment of redemption. If you return or exchange a purchase, redeemed points are not reinstated, in whole or in part.

Points have no cash value. They cannot be encashed, transferred, sold, or exchanged for money, gold, or anything other than a redemption discount at Starla.

Every member receives a unique Sparkler number (format SPK-XXXX-XXXX), linked to your verified phone number. It stays with you even if you change your phone number (re-verification required on both numbers).

Birthday and anniversary bonus offers apply within a ±7-day window of the date you register with us, on eligible purchases in that window.

Starla may pause, amend, or terminate the programme; accrued points remain visible during any pause. Changes take effect prospectively.

The programme is governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
